During a meeting with WE Planner you can discover what needs to be done from now until your wedding day, including where to start and how to go about it. An important consultation, a calendar designed to organise the many things you need for your wedding day at the right time. Furthermore, thanks to our experience with many weddings, we will provide you with hints and tips to make sure that nothing is left to chance.
In the days following the meeting you will be provided with a custom-made “bride and groom’s diary” for your big day, with all the necessary deadlines.
PAPERWORK
ADMINISTRATION/RELIGIOUS PAPERWORK MANAGEMENT
Whether it is a religious or civil ceremony, WE Planner will deal with all the paperwork for you and will be with you every step of the way where your presence is necessary. In this way you can avoid the stress of going from one office to another and save time.

Photographer, flower dressing, location, wedding dress, groom’s suit… and much more… Do you need help finding one or more suppliers for your wedding? After our first meeting we will be able to recommend specialists in the sector selected by us based on their skills and experience.
For each service requested we will provide 2/3 suppliers that suit your needs and wedding style.
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
Now that you have chosen all the suppliers, you need to find the right service for your wedding from each of them, meet them, go and see various locations, but time is running short. We will help you with this too, acting as an intermediary between you and them, thus reducing the number of meetings they will need to have with you personally. We will help you with these meetings and give you some tips in keeping with your style. You will also have access to our exclusive proposals.
